For Search and Selection/Retained assignments, and advertised selection assignments, the Fee will be 20% of PTR (projected total remuneration) and payable in two stages:

This is an additional service that we are able to offer our clients.

This service is available in circumstances where we have been retained by the client for an individual search assignment and have been able to successfully target and approach the clients “perfect - star” candidate but where this particular candidate is not ready for a move. In these circumstances the client may ask us to “track” this candidate on their behalf. By doing this, we maintain the interest between both parties.
